Bio
Robyn Beresh is a Human Resources professional who partners with executives to create a best in class HR function and ensure a culture of respect for all employees.
Having spent 15 years working in HR, she has been a part of creating new HR functions from the ground up, to turning around a struggling team. She has focused on ensuring an organization reduces HR risks through compliance with the tangled web of Federal, State and Local regulations, while being able to keep their unique company culture.
Robyn has worked in a variety of industries from Banking to Aerospace, Consumer Goods to Real Estate and Family Offices. She has worked for established organizations and startups as well as publicly traded and privately held founder led organizations of all sizes.
Robyn holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Arizona and her HR Certificate from UCLA Extension College. She is an avid open water swimmer and with her relay team has completed some of the most challenging open water swims including the Catalina Channel and Manhattan Island Marathon Swim.
